ShotPut Studio Adds Integration
Connecting it with ATOMOSphere
AMSTERDAM — Imagine Products announces a new integration between ShotPut Studio and ATOMOSphere, connecting media management, transcoding, and cloud-based delivery in a single workflow. The integration allows users to connect their ATOMOSphere account directly within ShotPut Studio and add ATOMOSphere projects and folders as destinations for copies in both preset and automation workflows.
Combined with ShotPut Studio’s support for decoding and transcoding Apple ProRes RAW, the new integration provides a streamlined workflow for productions capturing high-quality ProRes RAW media on ATOMOS monitor-recorders and delivering that media to ATOMOSphere.
Direct Connection to ATOMOSphere
The new ATOMOSphere integration is built directly into ShotPut Studio’s existing integrations workflow. After connecting an ATOMOSphere account, users can select their preferred workspace and access its available projects and folders directly within ShotPut Studio.
Once connected, ATOMOSphere workspaces appear within the integrations page and Connected Media section. Users can browse available projects and subfolders and add them as destinations using ShotPut Studio’s drag-and-drop interface.
ATOMOSphere destinations can then be incorporated into ShotPut Studio Presets and Automations, allowing teams to build repeatable workflows around their ATOMOSphere projects.
From ATOMOS Recorders to ATOMOSphere
ATOMOS monitor-recorders provide filmmakers with the ability to capture a variety of formats from compatible cameras and once that media reaches the production team, ShotPut Studio provides the tools needed to manage it.
Users can copy and verify their original media, transcode it into additional formats, and then deliver the resulting media to an ATOMOSphere project or folder, all within a connected workflow. This creates a direct path from camera acquisition to cloud delivery, helping production teams reduce manual steps while keeping their original camera media secure.
Decode and Transcode ProRes RAW
ShotPut Studio includes native support for decoding Apple ProRes RAW, allowing users to transcode ProRes RAW footage as part of their media management workflow. For productions using ATOMOS recorders as part of their camera package, this means ProRes RAW footage can be processed immediately after offload. Users can preserve their camera originals while creating additional deliverables, editorial media, or other required formats from the same workflow.
ShotPut Studio brings that flexibility into the media management stage, giving users the ability to move from acquisition to verified storage and transcoding without requiring a separate application just to process ProRes RAW media.

Automate the Journey from Camera to Cloud
The combination of ProRes RAW support, transcoding, and ATOMOSphere connectivity creates new opportunities for automated media workflows. A production can capture ProRes RAW using an ATOMOS recorder, offload and verify the original media with ShotPut Studio, create required transcodes, and send those files directly to an ATOMOSphere project as part of an automated workflow.
This allows the same workflow to handle both the preservation of camera originals and the creation and delivery of media for downstream teams.

The ATOMOSphere integration will be available as part of the upcoming ShotPut Studio 3.2.1 update.
Users with an active maintenance plan will be able to access the update by selecting Check for Updates in the ShotPut Studio app. For those whose maintenance has expired, upgrade options are available through the Imagine Products website:

- Or enroll in automatic annual updates for just $99 USD/year.
