TEP HD is the ultimate in flexible logging. You can set up custom templates, capture thumbnail pictures along with timecode, print out storyboards, sort files, search logs, select the best clips, copy and paste the clips into new log files. Also import, export, and translate batch digitizing files and EDLs between various nonlinear systems.

• TEPHD Bronze edition is a Windows videologger designed in Microsoft’s .NET environment from the ground up. It features serial/analog interfacing for RS422 or FireWire remote control decks. Add a portable USB timecode reader and video capture cable for field logging right off the camera. It’s fully compatible with Panasonic P2 format; includes 'Offloading' Auto-Copy and Auto-Naming of copied P2 Volumes including P2 Store and FireStore.

The demo will capture unlimited thumbnail pictures and text entries from analog, media files and DV sources. RS422 control is included. The demo is limited to 10 clips for all outputs. The Quantum integration is limited to 4 P2 files for test purposes.

IMAGE MINE®--Video Library

Image Mine is a suite of application modules which comprise a complete Video Library system for Windows. Whether you're looking for a simple single-user setup to organize a growing tape library, or need a more robust multi-user environment that digitizes and shares MPEG clips over the web, Image Mine can be configured to fit your needs. 

If you have more than a few hundred tapes, you need a library system like Image Mine. It offers powerful cataloging features to save time and promote data consistency in describing and sharing analog or digital content with text and images. In addition to database functions, with Image Mine you can control RS422 or DV video decks, collect and sort clips, print storyboards, create batch digitizing files for any nonlinear editor, print labels and track usage, and web publish.

Basic Image Mine Gold includes text, timecodes and thumbnails (JPEGs) representing your video clips.

Image Mine Gold with MPEG encoding adds the option to batch digitize clips in browse quality (MPEG-1) format. This gives "desktop editing" capability to users of the archives--they can play clips, adjust IN/OUT points, sort, combine clips with non-archived logs, and output a shot log for the editor.

• Image Library is the relational database engine module for storage and maintenance of thumbnails, video clips and descriptions. It's the administrator for data field settings and User profiles and permissions. This module is included with every Image Mine purchase.
• TEPHD Gold edition is the front-end logger module to Image Mine. It has all the features of TEPHD Silver, plus the ability to contribute (send) and search the Image Library database. Each Image Mine configuration comes with one TEPHD Gold logger. MPEG encoding is available as an add-on option. Also, additional logging stations may be added to your system and are individually licensed and configured to send and search the library as desired.
• Image Browse provides share, search and print capabilities with an intranet/internet applet. This module is optional and works with or without MPEG encoded clips.
• Image Track module allows physical tracking (check in/out, usage reports) and labeling functions associated with tape storage and retrieval. Image Track is an optional module.

TIMECODE BREAK UTILITY--DV, RS422 Scanner

TCDetective Pro is a simple, yet powerful tool for quickly finding timecode breaks (gaps) on DV videotapes (via FireWire) or BetaCam tapes (via RS422). With it you can scan tapes at two different speeds and various sensitivities (for faster scans). Finds timecode breaks down to 2 frames accuracy. Results are presented in a printable table. Use TC Detective to verify the integrity of your tapes. Not intended for logging purposes.
