| Q: | My P2 Clips are white screen and play audio only! | 02/06/2013 | | A: | Our P2 applications utilize the DVCPro HD & AVC-Intra QuickTime codecs as needed. (AVC-Intra enabled versions of these applications require Intel Mac hardware and OSX 10.5 or later. A link to install the proper codecs is under Mac Drivers. Please refer to those instructions to acquire the codecs.
Note you MUST install the codec pack provided by Imagine Products. And if using AVC-Intra files also install the Panasonic AVC-Intra DECODER codec.
Always restart your computer after installing codecs. |
