Keep Track of Your Media
| Image Track is the "inventory control" module of Image Mine®
media asset management software. It provides physical-tracking capabilities
such as Check-Out, Check-In and label printing. Other features include usage
and contribution reports and inventory reconciliation.
Image Track accesses the main Image Library database across a LAN. Anyone on your LAN may be allowed to use the application. Image Track is designed to get quick results with an intuitive interface for casual users, with more in-depth features for Administrators. |

| Use reports can be generated by the administrator or
librarian of all items checked out, historical usage and inventory status.
For an individual, all activity both past and present can be shown and sorted by Barcode number, Check Out Date or Notes.

Print and Read Barcodes

Print and read barcode labels. Design your own media labels
with text, your company logo and a frame grab. Rotate and position fields,
choose data fonts, select margins and number of labels per page to fit your
label stock (including all Avery types). Select one, all or specific label
positions to print from the page.
Auto-create barcode labels for new stock. Batch print labels for ranges of inventory items (e.g. print barcodes from 35 to 50). |
