'Check for Updates' not working?

Post 'Check for Updates' not working?
Using ShotPut Pro (v1.0.3, for Windows). There's a field called 'Check for Updates'. Clicking this produces a pop up saying:

"The remote server returned and error: (404) Not Found"
"[OK]"

What does this mean?
How do I find out if an update is available?

Our servers changed in July 2009.

You need to manually update the software this time to get it pointed to the new servers. To do that, Log into your account as a "Returning Customer" using your email.

If this is your first time accessing the new web site you'll need to click the link for "Forgot your password?" and temporary one will be emailed to you.

Once logged in, click the "My Account" link at the top of the page.

You can make changes to your account information (address, password, etc.).

Click the dark blue link to "View My Serial Numbers". Software downloads are on the right of each active serial number.
